Dear Author*,

Thank you for submitting your work for Outside Multicultural Magazine!

By submitting the Work to the Outside Multicultural Magazine, i.e. www.outsidemagazine.ie (the Publisher*), the Author warrants to the Publisher that the work* is original, produced by the Author and that they have the right and permission to submit the Work to Outside Multicultural Magazine.

The Author also warrants that in case of interviews, biographies, any descriptions of real stories, the narrative is real and true, non-fiction. In case of fiction submission, Author needs to make this fact known to the Publisher.

The Author warrants not to include any real names of third parties, or information that might give away third party identity.

The Author of the Work retains full copyright of the Work.

 By submitting the Work to the Publisher (Outside Multicultural Magazine) the Author agrees to grant the Publisher an irrevocable and non-exclusive and royalty free licence to publish, adapt and reproduce the Work in any form and to licence the Work in any form for indefinite duration.

By submitting the work, the Author agrees that the Publisher may edit the work to suit the Search Engine Optimisation criteria, Editorial Criteria and style of the magazine. The Publisher will send the Edited copy to the Author before the publishing. By submitting in the first place the Author agrees to give feedback on any edited version he receives from the Publisher. In case of no response by the Author, on the edited version sent by the Publisher, the Author agrees that this will be concerned as agreeing with the changes made by the Publisher to his work.

The Publisher reserves the right not to Publish all the work, in respect to the current needs of the Magazine, but also to store the work and use it later, to which the Author agrees by submitting.

The Author agrees that the Publisher can use their work on all social media accounts related to the Publisher, as well as other communication material, for sharing and distributing purposes. Author agrees that in case on any print issues, Publisher may use/publish the Work under same conditions regulated as for online publishing.

IT IS THE AUTHOR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN ANY NECESSARY PERMISSIONS AND INDICATE ACKNOWLEDGMENTS IN THE CAPTION.

Definitions:

• The Work: The piece of content being submitted, including, but not limited to articles, poetry, interviews, videos, images, comics
• The Author: The person submitting the Work
• The Publisher: Outside Multicultural Magazine (outsidemagazine.ie) and its associated companies.

The Publisher takes no responsibility, express or implied, for the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of contributions made to the Publisher and therefore publisher on the media controlled by Publisher. In no event will Outside Multicultural Magazine, i.e. outsidemagazine.ie be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the publication of contributions in these sections.
