The Capacity Building Course is now officially live on the Learning For All platform — a modular, self-paced program tailored for professionals in adult education. Learners can follow their own “learning path,” focusing on areas like inclusive pedagogy, intercultural competencies, and institutional transformation.
Outside Media & Knowledge collaborated with international partners in research and development, as well as played a central role in content design, peer review, and user testing across different national contexts, ensuring that each module is relevant, context-sensitive, and engaging. The course is not just theory — it encourages participants to reflect on their institutional realities and plan for change.
A special added value of this resource is that, participants from partner institutions participate in piloting modules, giving feedback and further refining the course. Our hope is that staff in at least 250 adult education organisations can use these resources to embed lasting change.
